Africa International Trade and Commerce Research (AITCR) invites qualified and reputable ICT equipment suppliers, authorised dealers and office-equipment vendors to submit competitive price quotations for the supply, delivery, installation and warranty support of the following equipment.

LOT 1: Laptop Computers

Item 1 — Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 (Touchscreen)

LOT 2: Full-Colour Multifunction Photocopier/Printer

AITCR seeks a high-performance, commercial-grade, full-colour A3 multifunction printing and photocopying system suitable for intensive organisational use.

Preferred brands: Sharp or HP; equivalent brands meeting the specifications may be considered.

Minimum specifications:

• Full-colour printing, copying and scanning
• A3 and A4 paper handling
• Minimum 25 pages per minute, colour and monochrome
• Automatic duplex printing and copying
• Automatic document feeder
• Network and USB connectivity
• Print resolution of at least 600 dpi
• Multiple paper trays, expandable paper capacity
• Availability of genuine toner, spare parts and technical servicing in Abuja
• Warranty, installation, commissioning and user training

Suppliers may quote for one or more suitable models, indicating the exact model number and configuration.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit:

1. Itemised quotations in Nigerian naira, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
2. Manufacturer specifications, model numbers and product photographs.
3. Evidence of CAC registration and business contact details.
4. Warranty terms, after-sales support arrangements and availability of technical servicing in Abuja.
5. Delivery timeline, product availability and quotation validity.
